I am passionate about providing attachment based, trauma informed care. Together a relationships with a foundation of trust allows for continued growth and exploration of difficult situations. Imagination allows us to have in the here and now, what we needed in the there and then. This is the bedrock of emotional healing. I have extensive experience with teens, specifically LGBTQAI+ teens, and with adults with Dissociative Identity Disorder or complex PTSD. I also facilitate groups for adults and teens.
